Gibson, Allen to develop StarChild

Mel Gibson and Tim Allen are teaming up to develop StarChild, according to Variety/IWon. Seems it is intended to star Allen (GalaxyQuest), and will be a comedy about a socially inept CIA agent helping an alien get home.
