Firefly to get HD makeover

20th Century Fox Television and UHD have announced that the short-lived but well-loved series Firefly has been remastered from the original prints into 1080i high-definition, and will debut on Sept. 24th on the UHD channel.

How long before the next box set, then?
Obviously they’re not expecting to make back the money just from the Sci-Fi channel…. so when’s the box set due out, and (pardon my ignorance) will it be on Blu-Ray, or will there be a regular DVD version?
