New characters for X-Men 2

I gave as choices Beast, Gambit, Jubilee, and myself (well, hey, I’d love to be in it, and thanks for the three people who voted for me!). Well, it seems all three are expected to appear in X-Men 2, according to this report on IMDb and apparently from the mouth of Brian Singer. Interestingly, Beast was planned for the first one but apparently would have been too expensive to deal with, and a young Jubilee did appear but was never referenced by name in the final cut.
