Stargate series help drive record summer for SCI FI

The SCI FI Channel enjoyed its vest summer ratings ever, and the new episodes of Stargate SG-1 (averaging 2.7 million viewers, 50 percent higher than last summer) and the new Stargate: Atlantis (3.1 million) helped drive it. So science fiction can actually make it on the channel – whoda thunk?

    More Sci-Fi, less Horror?

    Wow, maybe they’ll take the hint and start making more Sci-Fi and quit playing cruddy horror stuff.
