NBC Rewind opens, runs contest

You’ll never need to miss an episode of Heroes, or any one of a bunch of NBC shows. NBC Rewind is now open, where you can watch complete episodes with limited commercial interruption. To celebrate, they are running a contest where you can win a script signed by the entire cast of Heroes or one of nine other shows.

Andromeda Strain moves forward, changes networks

The names are the same, except for the channel. We first reported over two years ago that The Andromeda Strain was being prepped as a mini-series for the SCI FI Channel with Ridley and Tony Scott, David W. Zucker and Tom Thayer all involved, using a script from Robert Schenkkan. Well, it will go into production this summer with director Mikael Solomon (Salem’s Lot), and a move to the A&E Network, and possibly an increase to 6 hours. A most interesting move…
