The first four episodes of Star Wars – The Clone Wars (“Ambush”, “Rising Malevolence”, “Shadow of Malevolence”, “Destroy Malevolence”) have been packaged up into a single unit called “A Galaxy Divided” and is available on DVD tomorrow. Review coming soon. And if you haven’t seen the full length feature yet, it is already available on Blu-ray (which includes a digital copy) and DVD.

What if you could express how you felt about Episodes 1-3 of Star Wars, and have it be seen by millions – and perhaps by George Lucas himself? Exhibit A Pictures is putting together footage sent in by fans to do just that, and they have released their first official trailer. Check out the video, and also the official web site. Submissions for inclusion are still being taken until September 30, 2009.

It’s been thirty years, but the anniversary went by with only a little fanfare. On November 17th, 1978, fans were inflicted with the great pain of The Star Wars Holiday Special. It sounded good on paper – a bit of a variety show revolving around familiar Star Wars characters, Harvey Korman, Art Carney, and others, and the original stars. Too bad it was horrifyingly awful. It’s never been aired again, and although it seems that Lucas and others will now at least admit it exists, they still don’t plan to release it…ever.

This video (Read More to see it) is a brilliant tribute to the theme songs of John Williams, and the words of Star Wars. Before you think the guy in the video is the most awesomest singer on the planet, be aware the song is actually from these guys. But the video and the song are still cool…
