by Doc on Jun.09, 2007, under Movies
A little less than a year away from the release of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (currently set for May 16, 2008), Disney set the release for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader for May 1, 2009. Also mentioned: video game turned Bruckheimer movie, The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time opens July 10th, 2009, and a new Pixar feature named Up opens June 12, 2009.

Those kids are going to grow up way too fast for that release schedule. Wonder if they’re still going to use them anyway.

Re:Actors
The different books don’t necessarily have all the same kids, so this is less of a problem that it was for Harry Potter and other franchises that follow children.
Price Caspian will have the same kids/actors. Dawn Treader has only the two younger children and a new one (their cousin Eustace).
The Silver Chair and The Last Battle have Eustance and another kid (Jill).
The other two stories, The Magician’s Nephew and The Horse and His Boy do not share child characters.

Re:Actors
Just wanted to amend – that the original four characters may have minor roles in the other stories, which may not require the original actors, or at least allow for their aging.
